Antenatal Workshops

A number of ITPAD doulas offer antenatal workshops, a unique approach to birth preparation.
 

At these workshops you will hear from experienced doulas who support all birth choices, and have extensive knowledge of the maternity and postnatal care systems, both nationally, and specific to the area in which families live.

 

You will receive guidance on making informed choices about how and where you want to birth your baby/babies, and what to really expect during pregnancy, childbirth and postnatally, and from life with a newborn.
