As a mother of four, I have experienced first hand the joys and challenges that come with pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal period, particularly within the Irish maternity system.

It was this personal experience that inspired me, in 2012, to embark on a journey of education to better support women during their unique motherhood journey.

What began with teaching pregnancy and postnatal yoga soon blossomed into a deeper exploration of antenatal education, hypnobirthing, reflexology, and, most recently, doula training. At the heart of everything I do lies a core belief: that every woman deserves to feel supported, heard, and empowered. Every woman should have access to guidance, advocacy, education, and encouragement, enabling her to create the pregnancy, birth, and postnatal experience that feels right for her and her family.

I am committed to providing clear, evidence-based information so that women can make confident, informed choices and feel assured in their journey every step of the way. This philosophy is the cornerstone of all my offerings, and I am honored to support women in many ways, including full birth and postnatal doula services, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, baby-wearing guidance, hypnobirthing, reflexology, breastfeeding support, and infant reflexology and massage.

My mission is to nurture and support, helping women navigate these transformative moments with strength and confidence, surrounded by care and compassion.
